      Stratum Foundation Repair did an outstanding job stabilizing my foundation. **** was very though in his assessment and provided a detailed proposal and estimate. He listened to my concerns. The repair was completed exactly as proposed including cost. The crew did an amazing job despite the bitter cold weather (below freezing). The company has competent people/crews and offer fair prices. I highly recommend Stratum. They even repaired some mortar cracks in my stonework that had nothing to do with the foundation repair.

      I am really happy with the excellent work performed by Stratum Foundation Repair. During the initial assessment they took detailed measurements, explained the solutions, answered all my questions, and gave me great confidence in their expertise and ability. The actual repairs took only two days and upon completion my house was level, the front door opened and closed properly, expansion joints and cracks were closed and sealed, and they even sealed around all the windows, repaired around the bricks, cleaned up the yard, and essentially made the house like new. Communication with the project workers and company in general was smooth and efficient throughout the entire project. They even have 3rd party engineer assessments of their work, including a leak test at the end. I highly recommend Stratum Foundation Repair.

      Stratum did a great job from initial assessment to proper job completion and clean up. The workers who did the work were professional in their conduct and answered questions. The results were visible after the repairs which was great. Final charges were matching the initial quote..no surprises! Highly recommend Stratum!

      This compaohas integrity, honesty and in all ways is looking out for their customers. ***** was my representative and suggested several options for dealing with my issues, one of them did not invoke invasive measures first. I loved ****** approach. He was interested in my welfare and money. I highly recommend this company and will continue to follow through.
