They came out had just got started insulating blew out my sheetrock in the closet insulation got all over my wife's chlothes she wasn't happy. After instilation didn't notice any difference in temperature kind of put it off because it was so hot. Then a few weeks later I started replacing my siding that had went bad on south end of house. And removed sheets and found there was very little and in many places no insulation in walls and this is on thirteen sheets that I replaced like a third of my house. I Contacted owner and sent pictures he said he would come out and redo it no charge we set it up a couple weeks later and close time for him to come out he says he can't do it he had a materials problem. I was a little upset because I had a painter set up for the next weekend to paint the house because I have all the holes between each stud.well then we set up date for two weeks later the date comes around I text him we still on for Saturday. No response next day when you going to be here tomorrow. No response come the day he was suppose to show up called him got voice-mail which is what you always get when you try to talk to somebody. And still no response. I have tried to text and call him several more times with no response I guess we will have to response when I see him in small claims court to get my money back.

I am very happy with the work that *** Insulation did for my home. ***, ***********, did a good job of explaining the process and benefits. ***** and his crew did a thorough job and cleaned up very well after the work was done. I already notice a big improvement in the acoustics of my home, and I expect my heating and cooling bill to show some improvement as well. Thanks again guys,,,, ****

No noticeable change in the room temperature and customer service is horrible. I had *** come give me an estimate, and we were scheduled for install on Thursday. The crew came out and did their work. The next morning, nothing seemed different. I checked again Saturday morning, and the same issue. I took off a cover from a phone **** and could see the old insulation. I pulled off a few other covers and checked outside the gang box and 3 out of 4 had no insulation. I contacted *** and sent pictures, and he said he would send out someone on Monday. The technician tried to look at things and say, "Well, I can tell there's insulation there from the reading, so you're good." But we can literally see they didn't get insulation there. And the room is still cold. I give *** a call. He says he'll stop by Tuesday morning. He never showed up, never responded to anymore texts or phone calls. They come Tuesday and they fill in two spots. For one of the walls where we know there isn't insulation, they say there's nothing they can do to fill in the missing spots because of the height of a pergola next to it (the top of the pergola is actually below floor level of this floor. They leave, and I check around the outlets again. 2 of them still don't have any insulation. I call the office using a ****** Voice number so that my number shows up as different and they answer. I explain the situation and the person says he'll talk to them and give me a call back. Never gave me a call back. *** finally returns my call on Wednesday and says he can stop by. He does, and he checks out other potential issues, but none of them pan out. He admits that the room is very noticeably colder than the rest of the house. He says he'll give me a call back later on Wednesday or on Thursday. No response. Considering that we found a 75% failure rate on where we could check insulation, my guess is that the upper part of the walls have just as many issues, resulting in the room having no improvement.

Hello Mr. *****. We are sorry about your negative experience with our service. Upon investigating, we have tried to call numerous times to inquire about any further issues you were having. It seems you had an expectation that the foam would actually be in the plug outlets. While that may happen if there is a gap within the outlet box itself, it is neither necessary nor prudent to have the foam inside of the outlet itself. Rather, the foam is supposed to surround that section and encapsulate, without interfering with your outlet's operation. Also, if you have prior insulation, depending on if the insulation is properly taped to the wall or not, the foam acts to upgrade it, rather than completely flatten the previous insulation. We have been to your home a total of 3 times to ensure we gave you a full Infrared scan of the home to show that your walls were indeed foamed. They showed that there was foam in your walls with all but one of those scans and actually filled in the one area our scans showed a deficiency. As far as temperature in the room, its important to note 2 items. 1) You did not take the Whole home solution but rather the one room solution, which does not guarantee a full building envelope. 2) You have not actually tested the balance of conditioned air that your HVAC is putting into that room. Insulation is designed to reduce loss of conditioned air. If you don't have sufficient conditioned air for that room, insulation will not make up for the conditioning but rather reduce the effect of outside elements. We are confident of our product and know that once those 2 items are addressed, you will be satisfied, along with many others, with our product. We have made every effort to work with and speak with you on this but regret if you were not satisfied with our efforts and welcome your feedback either way.

I'm not expecting foam in the outlets. For the photo I sent your originally, that's a phone jack. The pre-inspection report shows they didn't realize there were any phone jacks in the room. In the other places, I'm checking on the outside of the outlet boxes. When I sent you the picture, you said it wasn't correct and would send people out. I got conflicting information from the installer that they may have skipped it because it was a phone jack, but they wrote on the report there were none. During that visit, the technician insisted that they skipped that area on purpose and also insisted they were seeing insulation there. When the technicians were here, they checked on the outside of various outlets too and noticed all the missing spots.

You've come out a total of 3 times, but you only did something once The first time you came back they saw the gaps, you said you would wait until it fully cured. The next time you came back, you said you mis-measured the holes and would be back the next day. You had the truck and everything, so I'm not sure why you didn't do anything that day. When you did do stuff, the technician said they missed spots, but they couldn't fill them in because of the pergola was blocking it, even though it was lower than floor level. So you can state that you came out three times, but that number is on you.

We have multiple space heaters in there, and the room still isn't retaining heat. While you were there, I turned on the heater and you said that enough heat was coming through.

You said you've tried calling numerous times. I missed one phone call from you and called back in 30 minutes. You on the other hand, have ignored calls and haven't returned calls for weeks. When I used Google Voice to show up as a different phone number, that's the one time I actually go through to the office. When I left reviews, that's when you returned my phone calls.

Also, let's assume it is the HVAC that's the issue. You came in, didn't use the thermal gun to evaluate the current insulation. You simply said that if I do it, I'd see results. You didn't evaluate anything and it turns out you were wrong.
The consequences of you being wrong in your initial evaluation is nothing. I've paid all the costs. You didn't measure anything beforehand, so you can't even prove it was needed or improved.
