**** ***** and his ***** ****** were charmers when they came into my business. It wasnt until allowed them to call me later that I began to have reservations. After getting through their spiel, I indicated I needed time to review my finances. Instead, I was badgered, even at my place of business, and they attempt to bully me into decision making. When I said STOP and no more, they forged my signature and opened a policy in my name anyways! I have contacted my bank.

Had their best coverage decided to drop to the middle of the road coverage was told by an agent (**** ******) I was covered for the rest of the month and wont be charged again for a month. mind you this was in the middle of the month. Here comes the first of the next month and Im getting charged again. This guy is a scam artist would not recommend doing business with this company. They dont take phone calls and when they do they dont stand behind their own words.Globe Life Family Heritage Division

We have an excellent experience with this company and just like they said we received our premiums back that we did not use . Our agent was fantastic and very knowledgeable And friendly. Listen very carefully and ask ALOT of questions!!! I cannot stress this enough with these people. Thankfully I have access to the recording of the man coming into my place of business when it comes to the deception used to get my business and go back on their word of giving me my money back once I canceled never haven used it.Anyone else told that ANY MONEY YOU PAY IN THAT ISNT USED FOR YOU, COMES BACK TO YOU?
