    Wish I could post pictures of my yard. After 2 years of trying to get the guys to not scalp my yard I finally get a call from bill telling me I am being an a** Well, then I became an a** My pictures show my grass cut off to dirt all over my yard. My yard is not the flattest, that is why I ask for it to be cut on the highest level they have. Nope, they use the lowest, time after time. The owners or management, if they have any, never checked after complaints. They changed their phone so no one can send texts for any reason. I am guessing, from what they told me, they didn't want to deal with text 24/7, they don't really care about what their customers need. During this conversation with ****, all I could hear is someone cackling in the background making for it hard to hear and communicate at a normal level. It was a total harassing conversation from them. I was a neighbor with their family for years prior to using their service. So saying I would now NEVER recommend them is a big negative for them. So the 1 star really should be a -5 star rating.

    This customer has not made contact with our company in over 2 years. We converted our phone system to RingCentral over a week ago and the texting feature is unavailable until 21 days after registration but there is always email and telephone access. Today, a Sunday on a holiday weekend, a very inappropriate email was received demanding services be canceled. Bill chose to call the customer immediately as he was concerned of this sudden decision. This call was made during our holiday weekend and we were not in the office so there was background noise. The customer used multiple profanities and accused our company of not caring about its customers due to the fact his text was not received. After being verbally abused, the call was ended and we not only have canceled services, we provide a refund for the entire month of May. There will be no further contact with this customer.

    B and C Landscaping did A fantastic job on my landscape. My husband and I are very happy with the job **** did he designed it for me and wow!! He replaced dead trees and about eighteen or more dead shrubs and added flowers. We shopped around the price was lower and the service you cant beat. If I could give six stars I would. And believe me Im very picky.
