    A very shady buying experience at Bob Tomes Ford, watch out for the HIDDEN fees. It's 100% a bait and switch deal. First they offer the *** "discount" of over 8k at the vehicle I was looking at. Then to add in around 4k of "add-ons" that you can't get out of. Window tinting, a bed liner and the biggest scam of all the paint protection plan, basically a huge up-charge on clear coating. This is a scam and the State of Texas should be looking into this business. Read the other reviews, it's the same thing across the board. SHADY business model, too bad they don't stick to their word.

    It's basically just a bait and switch deal. They added stuff to the car that wasn't included in the sale price. $2484.00 worth of add-ons that they slyly tell you after you think you've made a deal. I didn't ask for those things, so I shouldn't have to pay for them! They put them on there expecting to slide them by the purchaser. The price I wanted to pay was the price it was advertised for. **** wasn't kidding when he said we spent all day there, either. When I went to ******* to get my Veloster, the price they quoted was what I paid. And on top of that, the small dealership that got me the car, took me and my best friend out for a wonderful steak dinner that evening after my purchase. I hate having to haggle on something that I'm expecting to pay a certain amount for. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Oh, and the kicker is they ask you to give them 5 stars on a review. HA!

    After you purchase a car from them they will continue to harass you by calling and texting you for years after you have already told them not to contact you and to remove you from their contact list. I have asked them to stop contacting me back in October 2022, August 2023, and now February ****.

    Sir, we are so sorry to hear that you have been contacted when youve been explicit with your desires of no additional contact.     I think the dealership over charged us for a 22 bronco we payed ****** over the sticker price up front we thought it was priced higher because it wasnt being made in23 or 24 thats what we was told from the dealership and now they are mast producing them so the value on the wildtrak is very low I think the dealership should have to weight us a check back for the ****** over sticker being the value of the bronco and the problems with it are not worth the over charge just to bye a vehicle form them we had to give them ****** to get it they should be glade that the have customers to bye car from them to keep them in business not take advantage of the customers
