This company is scam, I have been charged for 3 years and I haven't accessed the account. Checked my email history - per T&Cs I should get a renewal reminder 24 hours prior to the date and I have no email. There are ethical ways to make ******************'t do it this way.

I'm a single mom and spent precious time and money on this scam. I was suckered in with the "100 free questions if you submit your email" messages liberally sprinkled across the site, but once I signed up, I could not find those free questions to even see if the rest was worth paying for. We learned on VERY short notice that my daughter had to take a big test in only 4 days to see if she'd qualify for high school lottery, so I was desperate to find study materials that would help her cram for that test. After a LOT of getting lost on the site (and I'm web-proficient) I clicked on the relevant test study links, thinking those must be where the free questions were. My daughter is on the autism spectrum, so when she is stressed out and frustrated, she can meltdown so bad that she might hurt herself inadvertently. She finally sat down, stressed, but eager to study after waiting for me to find the right questions. She clicks the links. All of them lead to a paywall. WHERE are those free questions? I feel it was just a ploy to get my email address and money! Since she then proceeded to have the biggest meltdown of her 14 years, I had to pay to get to the study questions. I thought, fine, as long as it helps, I will pay for it. The questions on the printable practice tests ended up not being similar to what was on her actual test! Aside from this, we clicked on the interactive quiz options, and within each of those, some questions had answer keys without an explanation. Completely arbitrary as to which would have explanations and which would not. How can she learn if there's no explanation? The rep wasted my time with bogus explanations as to what I was doing wrong. Funny, because I'm a web designer so I fully understand how navigation ought to be. She told me I should have called to find the free questions before paying. Really?? Bottomline: since we used the site (for a whole couple of hours) they could not issue me a refund, just a useless credit. STAY AWAY!!

That's interesting that you've determined that all the questions she answered had explanations, when I did not tell you which "child" profile we used for her testing purposes. I created three profiles. Also, you're now basically calling me a liar. I would not go out of my way to just hurt legitimate businesses and get a refund of a paltry $18, although that little bit of money would help out situation now. It's the principal of the matter. Yes, I saw quite clearly how to "unlock" the free 100 questions. I can read, thanks. Three issue was that once I submitted my email, that unlock link never made itself visible, and I searched quite a while for it. Due to our time constraints I took it in this faith that if I paid for the questions, they would be mostly relevant to the test and that there would be explanations available. Explanations were not available in the interactive tests on all questions, I can send a screen shot if you'd like. The printable tests were not relevant to the exam she took. My daughter is not a liar. She is extremely intelligent and has all As in her current year. She was required to cram basically all of 7th grade math in a few days because we were given very short notice that this specific test was required. So it's not that she couldn't understand due to lack of intelligence. There was literally no explanation on several questions on the interactive quiz and most legitimate businesses would issue at least a partial refund for the remaining days of the membership not used. We tried to use your sure for maybe 3 days, a few hours each, and were unhappy with the methods and results, so a credit to use your services again would be useless to us. I also should not have to call to find a way to unlock the 100 questions advertised heavily all over your site and on search engines. I stand by my negative review as long as you continue to deny there was any wrongdoing on the part of testing Mom. Excuse typos, I'm writing from my phone.
