I am rejecting this response because:  your company employee ****** was very rude and dismissive. She unfairly discriminated against me. I explained on the phone she gave the driver the incorrect address and she refused to admit her mistake. The driver called me and I told him I had no issue waiting for him toa rrive to the correct address. The dispatcher does not know how to do her job and the business has shady practices canceling tows after the driver already arrived. Me & the driver both had no issue and he explained to me the dispatcher gave him an address 20 minutes away that was in ***************** instead of the indicated correct address. When I called back to speak with HR she refused to let me speak with them, probably due to her trying to cover up her unprofessionialism. I will be following up with a lawyer for unfair business practices with unknowledgable dispatchers. She is a waste of company time and money of she will not do her job. This speaks poorly of the companys values and mission and the public should know of this before being scammed from them.

      Good afternoon,
We reviewed the issue at hand.
On February 17th, 2025, at 2:23 pm Caliber Collision sent us a tow request. I was in contact with the customer at 2:44 pm scheduling the tow. I recited the address given to us by Caliber Collision as **************************************************. The customer corrected me stating there is no East, the change was made. During the conversation, the customer was impatient and made it difficult to ask questions. The customer was not happy with the estimated time for pickup between 3-4:30pm. I explained to her the afternoons tend to be busy and the assigned driver will call her when enroute. At 3:41 pm the driver was on scene. He called the customer and told her he was there and didnt see her. The customer sent the driver a pinned location for an address that came up as **********************************. The driver contacted the dispatch team saying there was an issue at pick up where he couldnt find the customer and that he was 30 minutes away. I called the customer to ask about the new address, it was coming up for a shutter company and not an apartment complex. The customer was very upset and argumentative. She interrupted me and repeated the address. I explained thats what we have had as before. The customer argued that the driver said he was on a road that wasnt where she was, and we never had the right address. I discussed the address with the customer and the customer started screaming profanities at me. At 4:05 pm the call was then canceled due to the customers aggressive and argumentative attitude.
Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, at 4:36 pm the customer called to speak to the HR department. At the time our HR was out of the office because of an urgent personal matter. I offered to give her name and number to HR but stated she wanted to be transferred to her office line. I explained to her she wasnt available at the time, and I could not give out her phone number. The customer called back at 4:49 pm asking for our address, I gave her ***************************************************************************************************** but then corrected myself and said *****.
