    Precision windows has replaced all the windows in my home.
    Each window they have replaced is defective. They start digging up in a short period of time.
    Each time the precision representative tells me that the window is under warranty but I have to pay for the replacement. The replacement cost has gone from nothing, to $25, then $55 and now they're asking for $75 installation for their products which are subpar.

    They are basically making me pay for the window all over again because of the defective products they keep on installing in customer's homes.

    I have learned through Yelp, that this is a common practice for this company.

    I want my windows replaced without being charged an additional fee.

    I also want this company to stop selling defective products.

    According to our records we have installed a total of 17 windows in this customers home. The majority of them back in 2017. So far we have replaced 2 of those windows under the manufacturers warranty. There is an additional 2 windows that have recently been identified as also needing replacement.

    The customer is fully aware that these 2 additional windows will be replaced under the terms of the manufacturers warranty just as the previous 2 were replaced. It is clearly stated in our terms that the manufacturer does not reimburse us for the labor to replace the defective glass. We only charge our actual cost to keep this as low as possible for our clients. The fact that we have had to increase the labor charge over time is due to many factors including but not limited to the rising cost of labor, materials and fuel. There is zero profit for us in replacing warranty units.

    The claim that all of the windows are defective is entirely false and a complete misrepresentation of the actual situation. There is a warranty in place and it has been honored as represented in our contract with this customer.
