  I can't say enough good things about Tallent Roofing. Early last year,2023, we encountered a nightmare with our insurance company trying to get our roof replaced. This was a new home we bought on 04/01/2005 that had never had the roof replaced. We filed a claim early last year and after many letters, emails,etc. the insurance company denied our claim. ************************* and everybody in their office, including the owner, got involved over the next 6 months trying to get us a new roof. Finally, late in the year the job was completed and we couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. We not only got a new roof, we got new gutters, 3 windows replaced, several screens replaced and the list goes on and on. We would definitely recommend Tallent Roofing to everyone.   My experience with The Talent Roofing team was flawless. They took care of my roofing repair project ASAP with great attention to customer service, detail, quality and swift execution of the repair. ******* and his team are very helpful, professional and follow through. You can reach them throughout the process easily if you have questions or concerns.You can trust these guys will deliver and are true to their word. My impression of ******* and his team is that they treat you and take care of you as if you are part of their family.   I worked with ******* this Summer in replacing roof for my 2 houses. He has vast knowledge and very helpful. He worked closely with my insurance in making sure all hail damages are looked into and taken care of. I recommend ******* to anyone for sure.

  Recently we found we were in need of a new roof. We had seen where a friend had posted about Tallent Roofing, so asked about the company. The friend then called Mr. ******* Tallent. He immediately called us personally and made an appt. to come to our small ******** town. He provided ** an estimate and worked directly with our insurance company-again personally. When the roofing material arrived, the Tallent Roofing crew were here and had the roof completed in two days! Their work ethic, attention to detail-they even constructed a custom roof top over our wood box while reconstructing and painting the dormer windows-, and overall pleasant demeanor made working with ******* and his employees such a pleasure. Thank you for a beautiful roof that enhances our home.

  *****************, sales supervisor of Tallent Roofing has been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He is gifted in far more than sales. He will do anything to help and guide you to meet your need.He is knowledgeable on all facets of home repairs.His care and commitment with the client is superb. We had many repairs because of water damage and **** sent skilled crews for each segment plus overseeing their work to our satisfaction..all of this and he is truly a wonderful person to do business with.

  I would like to leave a very positive review for Tallent and specifically project manager *************************. My moms home in ***** suffered hail damage in May 2023, including roof and window damage, damage to the A/C unit, and a broken skylight. Since the skylight was broken and leaking water, my mom needed a quick fix. Her insurance company recommended Tallent, and ***** and his crew came out right away to put a temporary protective tarp over the skylight. My mom then chose Tallent to handle all the hail damage after the insurance estimate was completed. I served as the intermediary between my mom and *****. ***** was outstanding in all respects. Communication with ***** was excellent. He responded quickly to text messages or phone calls, even communicating with me outside normal working hours. He also kept us up to date with when the various repairs would be done. One problem was that the skylight my mom requested (and was installed) was not actually the one she wanted. At no expense to her, ***** replaced the skylight promptly with the one she wanted. ***** also stopped by after all the repairs were completed to fix a bunch of indoor nail pops that were a result of the roof repair, even though the contract clearly stated those nail pops were not Tallents responsibility. ***** was professional all the way throughout the entire experience. If you need any residential-related construction or repair done, I highly recommend Tallent and especially *************************!

  Tallent Roofing and ************************* did an excellent job in replacing our roof and window screens, and restoring our ********** damaged by a hail storm. Highly recommended and would use again.

  Tallent Roofing replaced the roof and wrap-around porch along with the underpinning on my 125 year old historic home. Excellent work on a very challenging project. ******* and all of his employees handled every detail in a caring and professional way, taking pride in their work. Couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done and can wholeheartedly recommend Tallent Roofing.
