    I've been trying to get an CT since early. First I was told there were no available appointments for 2 weeks. The week of my appointment I received a call the day before, saying they didn't have my insurance information even though it was give 2 weeks prior. This meant I had to reschedule again. A few days later I called to see if they were able to verify the insurance and was told I wasn't in the system. This turned out to be a misspelling of my name. Then a few days later I received a message that said my insurance was not valid. I called the insurance company myself to verify and everything was fine. When I called back to Touchstone I was told they couldn't find me again. Once they figured out my name was still wrong in the system, they discovered they didn't document the group number. I had to reschedule due to this error again. Now I received a called saying I needed to reschedule due to Touchstone not having any technicians on-site. Whenever I get my CT scan I sure hope there isn't anything serious going on that I could have treated weeks ago.

    Touchstone Medical Imaging is committed to our patients privacy and to complying with all applicable law pertaining to patient privacy, including the **************** Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  As a result, we are not able to specifically address the Complaint in this public forum.  While we cannot comment directly on patient communications or care, please know that any patient concern is addressed directly with the patient.  Patients are encouraged to request to speak to the center manager at the location they received services.
