I have asked that Texas Pain Physicians to remove my phone number as well as my address, as well for them to stop sending me messages. In 2023 I was told by a manager that she had done that and that she would reach out to the department that was sending them, and I believe that she done just that, and they did not do what she had requested her to do. I sent several letters of faxes over explaining to them that I was seeking care with MD ***************** and I would not be returning and that it was against the law for me to seek care for pain with 2 different pain management doctors. I also detailed way I had left them, and explained that I was vey happy with MD ****. And they should all ready knows that. MD **** is a very good pain doctor, and I would not trade him for nothing in the world. His staff passes messages directly to him, and I am nor seeing a NP. My appointments is given before I leave his office. He really cares about his patients. If you send a fax over to him, it is given to him and he respond back. I could get in trouble and it could be perceived that I am trying to seek care under 2 pain clinics. This could cause some type of confusion if that is not stopped. They could have seen that I am not longer a patient and I have not been a patient in almost a year now.
