****** was able to come out right away. Not only did he fix the pilot light on our natural gas fireplace, he got it working better than it ever has. I also greatly appreciate that he took time to explain the operation of the fireplace, including advice and instructions on turning off the pilot light when we don't need the fireplace going, like in the summer. ****** walked me through turning the pilot light off then back on (which was a bit tricky because of the tight working space in the fireplace) to make sure I knew how to do it. He also double checked the functioning of the fireplace before leaving. Great work!

I highly recommend Midessa Fireplace. I was impressed from the timely response from Ronnie in my initial inquiry, to setting up an appointment, and then how quick he was able to fix the problem. He also went out of his way to come back to put extra glowing embers around the base, vacuum the fireplace inside, and clean the clear glass. Highly recommend!Midessa Fireplace, LLC
