    The week of July 23rd 2024 Dannys asphalt black tar and graveled W county road 116, they created a hill speed bump ( not a smooth transition from road to driveway).I contacted them on July 30th 2024 expressing my concerns and a man named GW called back and said he would come look at it, no ever came during normal business hours nor did anyone call me back.I called again on August 6 2024 and GW called me back and insisted that he came out to the property and didnt see an issue, I asked him to come by and I would show him my issue and he came over that afternoon and told me that they would take care of it.Nothing was done that week so I called again on August 13th 2024 and someone named ***** called me back and said he would come to the property. When he came by he was very arrogant and rude about the whole situation. He said that they would be out this week to fix it.They did come out yesterday August 15 2024 and made it a point to fix pretty much everyone elses property except mine, they drove the sweeper past my property twice just making the hill worse. While spending ***** across the street fixing that driveway that really had no issues. They were contracted by midland county road and bridge, I plan on filing a complaint with them Monday morning (they are closed today)

    Mr. ****** had reached out to our office regarding some concerns with his driveway, GW had made an onsite visit and determined the claim was outside of our scope of work(Our Work site boundary is the edge of **************),after Mr.******* next calls ***** *** had taken the complaint on and made a onsite visit as well, Mr. ****** had claimed we had placed Gravel & Dirt on to his driveway entrance during Our Chipseal process of CR 116 and that his entrance was fine before. Per Mr. ******* request we swept the entrance and afterward he became irate, Screaming,Cussing and Berating ***** *** and demanding Our staff to leave his property at this time He had been offered the direct contact information to the County representative for this project but Mr. ****** declined that information, he ultimately reached the county and The county official contacted him and assured him his driveway was not part of Dannys Asphalt scope of work, but rather ************** had offered to ********* of it
