    I'm sorry I didn't do my research on this company. I too ordered a sewing machine foot, received a confirmation of the order, my credit card was charged and then nothing. I was unable to contact the company via email or phone.

    I placed my order for sewing machine needles on 4/10/23. On their site they promise shipping within 3 to 5 days. So far I have received nothing. I have sent two emails with no response. Next is trying phone calls. Sorry I ordered from them.

    I ordered a part for my Brother sewing machine on March 13, 2023. The order indicated that the part would be mailed within 3-5 days. It also stated I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. I have unsuccessfully reached out to the company by email and phone. There has been no response to my three emails. The phone call went promptly to voicemail and a message was left. Since the company took my money but don't appear to be sending the part, it appears to be fraud.
