    My child has been attending Excelsior Preparatory ***************** for the past year. From the moment we walked into the school, we were impressed with the facility and the warm environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt comfortable leaving our child in their care. The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children to learn and grow. The curriculum is well-structured and engaging, and our child has thrived under their guidance. We appreciate the school's communication with parents, which is always timely and informative. The school also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, which our child has enjoyed participating in. Overall, our experience with Excelsior has been excellent, and we highly recommend it to other parents looking for a quality preschool for their child.

    If you are looking for a loving caring place for your children, this is not the place. The owner of this daycare is one of the most unprofessional people that we have ever met. If you raise any concerns she will refuse to speak to you about them. If your child needs assistance with potty training she has zero compassion and understanding for children and chooses to shame them instead of working with them. This place is unsanitary, children are left unattended in bathroom to play with f**** and children drinking cups have mildew. The place is not staffed properly and when the owner needs help, she calls her adolescent children to help her. I have witnessed multiple times children left unattended while owner met with contractors or parents. The owner hosts events with 50+ people are the daycare but will still not allow parents to drop their children off inside the daycare, you have to drop your kids off at the door. Take my word, stay far away from this place.
