      THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. MY ORDER CONFIRMATION SAID $27.89 WAS THE TOTAL, WITH FREE SHIPPING. THEN I GET AN EMAIL "RECEIPT" FROM E-RACKONLINE FOR $62.64. AFTER RESEARCHING, I FIND THAT E-RACK IS RELATED TO MATERIAL SOLUTIONS HANDLING. MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON THE EMAILED "RECEIPT". I CALLED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DIFFERNCE WAS SHIPPING COSTS, WHEN I ARGUED, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO EMAIL ANDREW@E-RACKONLINE. SO, I DID, TELLING HIM I WANTED A SHIPPING LABEL FOR RETURNING THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE, HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE THAT MUCH FOR SHIPPING, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. HIS ONE LINE RESPONSE WAS "SORRY WE DON'T DO THAT THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER". SINCE, I HAVE FOUND COUNTLESS REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

      I'm sorry but our site is unable to calculate shipping costs because we ship from several locations and ship ups fedex or by truck and there isn't a calculator that can do this. However our site asks you how you want to pay for shipping and you selected ship best way so it shipped via fedex or ups. We didn't scam you. You ordered a very large plastic tray and we charged you what we paid for shipping. Shipping is not cheap especially for.bulky items like this 4 ft x 4ft tray. I understand you probably don't purchase industrial items often so you're not aware of shipping costs and how expensive it is to ship items. We don't question orders when they come in we just process them which you did receive your order. However we can't pay for return shipping just because you think you overpaid. We do have a quoting system on our site to request shipping costs before buying. It saddens me that you would want to put my company out of business when i feel we are a very good company and always answer our customers even when they're upset. Shipping is one of rhe hardest parts of our business because its so expensive. Get quotes from other small businesses and you will find we charged you about the same as everyone else would have. Thank you and im sorry you weren't happy with your order.
