    I purchased a vehicle on 06/28/2022 and was told there was a warranty that would come with the vehicle. I received no paperwork regarding the warranty or the sale of the vehicle. I contacted them many time regarding both however they refused to give me any information about either. When they did finally respond regarding the warranty they told me it didn't start until after 30 days (which I find very unusual) but still provided me with no information regarding it as to how to contact the warranty people as I repeatedly asked for. I have asked for information regarding the loan and paperwork that I signed many times. I was told I would have to contact the bank for that information. They have been unwilling to give me any information. Today 08/29/2022 (2 months after purchase) I picked up the plates, registration, and inspection from them and finally included was paperwork with a breakdown of the loan but still NO information regarding the "warranty" I am paying $3,000 for. They are not being helpful or cooperative regarding this information. I have already had to do several repairs to the vehicle and when confronting them I was simply told "Thats why you signed a as is agreement." it's a 25k vehicle and was not expecting to do almost $1000 in repairs in the first month. He now is not even answering my text messages to him which contain questions that they refuse to answer. Considering I am paying $3000 for the warranty and their refusal to grant me any information regarding it makes it seems like a scam to me. If it is legitimate why wont they provide me with any information about it? Why are they being so difficult to work with regarding the information and paperwork that I signed? Also the information on the paperwork is wrong. It is 4x4 not 2wd. I want the warranty information mailed to me ASAP
