    On 12 July I placed an order (#LS1**53) with LoobedSwitches through their online website for a custom Lavender Cable (config D#**KX7ET) and which had a stated 4-6 week turnaround time on their website. I first contacted them through email August 15 and again on Aug 24, requesting a status update on the cable since we were approaching the estimated time frame, and after some back-and-forth was told that there would be delays due to a team member leaving. I accepted this reason at the time and waited. Unfortunately, months later the cable still had not been sent out and I had to reach out again for updates - a discord message dated 11/20/24 informed me that the cable still had not been made but promised my cable would be prioritised and I would be provided updates on its progress if I continued to wait. Since this was an item that was only available through this store and because I wanted to support the business, I continued to wait instead of issuing a chargeback in good faith. Despite the promised updates, this was the last time I heard back directly from the Company. I sent many follow up messages (10+) over email, discord and their webpage first requesting updates, and then later requesting refunds (as promised by the Company to their customers generally through posts to their discord community) on my order. None were ever replied to despite LoobedSwitches's continued business operation and empty reassurances to the wider community that they were continuing to fulfil orders and processing refunds for orders they could not fulfil. Earlier this year I became aware that they now no longer were taking on new cable orders and thus I fell into the latter category of customers waiting on a refund. Trying to receive a refund for valid cause has been beyond frustrating - I have tried repeatedly to contact the company to no avail, and all my good faith and understanding has placed me in a situation where a chargeback is no longer possible. This needs to be finally resolved.

    I purchased two items from LoobedSwitches on 7/18/2024 - and those items have yet to be shipped or ever arrive. I have attempted to contact customer support/the owner of the business several times the past 7 months with a status update, or a request for a refund - but the customer support team is largely non-responsive. My last conversation with Customer Support (on January 21st) had them promise a partial refund upon my confirmation - which I provided on January 28th and, yet again, was provided no further response nor a refund.The comments of their social media pages are filled with other customers having the same issues and also warning other potential customers to steer clear of this business. I am seeking a full refund just to close this out and not have this issue run on for nearly a year after the original purchase.

    I paid LoobedSwitches on 9/5/2024 to fulfill the order I had originally made through Otakeebs.I realized that 1/3 of the keycaps were missing and wrote to the "contact us" form on 10/27.On 11/4, ***** ****** responded and asked for a photo of the keycap set, which I sent on 11/5.He did not respond so I emailed again on 11/19.On 11/27 he apologized for the delay and asked me to ship the keycaps back to him and said that once they were received, he would send the correct keycaps.On 12/2 ***** sent me a return label and I immediately mailed back the keycaps.Since then, ***** ****** or any other LoobedSwitches *** has not responded to me. I emailed him to follow up four additional times on 12/23, 1/4, 1/17, 2/13 and also tried to contact him on Discord on 1/29. I did not receive any response to any of these messages.I am now in a much worse than when I began my interaction with LoobedSwitches. I have spent a significant amount of money on keycaps and accessories that I cannot use because LoobedSwitches sent me a defective base kit, I paid twice for shipping, I don't even have the defective base kit I started with because I mailed it back at ***** ******** request, and I have spent a lot of time emailing ***** ****** and shipping back the keycaps. I would really appreciate it if LoobedSwitches would just ship me the correct keycaps to resolve this issue.

    (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
    The business owner is completely lying as is typical with him based on other online complaints about his service.

    Looking this up shows that the package was never received by **** and the image I've attached confirms this. If there is an updated tracking number it was never provided.

    However, because I issued a complaint with my credit card provider, the owner (after much pestering) responded back that since I issued a chargeback - I would no longer be receiving my order.

    Interesting. So he's said I received my order but the attached email actually shows he never shipped it because of my chargeback. Pretty sure this confirms one thing - that he is a liar that scams customers by falsely claiming that he's shipped items. Then when they attempt to get a refund he says it's the fault of the shipper and claims no responsibility.

    So in short - he lies and cheats his customers. He never shipped my order. Plain and simple.

After stating this - he has gone radio silent - refusing to answer any emails. This same day I filed a charge dispute with my credit card issuer - On 02/21/2023 I emailed again asking for an update. No response from ***** - On 02/22/2023 I emailed again asking for an update. No response from *****. I received an email saying my credit card issuer has contacted the business about the matter - On 02/23/2023 I sent 20+ emails asking for an update. No response from *****. At this point he is probably blocking my emails being the coward he is.***** clearly has zero intent of fulfilling this order and even his terms and conditions provide so many ways for him to pass blame to the shipper for any issues (e.g., missing packages, damaged packages). Stay away as you will never see your order.
