    My mother was a resident of this place for many years. She passed Jan. 29 of this year. When she passed, I asked personnel (not the maid, not the janitor) people ******* the front desk when we needed to move her belongings out Jan. 30th. Myself and several other interested parties were told we would have a 12 day grace ****** to move her belongings.Regrettably this is now not the case according to sr. ***** They pointed out the lease did not say this and we would be charged until the apt. was cleaned out and then a prorated amount would be returned. If I and several others would not have been misinformed I would have had a mover remove all belongings on that Tuesday (jan. 31) and received a full credit for the rent. I do not know why personnel told us we had 12 days. But I do know this business has $1326.00 of my mothers money which in my opinion they do not have a right too. Nice little trick to pay on the bereaved.

    We do apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the lease agreement. Terms for a resident's passing are different than a 30-day notice and all additional monies paid are refunded to the resident's estate. If we can provide additional information, please let ** know.
