    They shipped a defective bowling ball with several holes underneath the surface.. I was told by **** that it's swirls and they will not give me a replacement.. I have to pay to return it plus 15% restocking fee.. I will never order from them again.. they are scamming customers with irregular products. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered.

    Bowling shoes are very uncomfortable and made too wide. To return the shoes they had to be unworn. That is impossible if you try them on and discover how awful they are. Then to return the shoes you pay for shipping and handling and restocking and still may not get any kind of refund. And - it's all made in China!

    DO NOT BUY FROM Bowling.com. Return fees totaled 44% between shipping and restock. WHAT?!? As ****** stated... A total joke in today's online marketplace.

    Do not ever use this online retailer. No actual stores with no opportunity to touch or feel items. Yet they still require a 15% restocking fee and self paid postage for any return, even those still in original packing. Total joke in today's online marketplace
