They didnt finish the job and made many major, life-threatening mistakes along the way. They forgot to put a p-trap in the bathroom. When I complained of the strong, sickening smell of sewage gas, they told me there was no way they made a mistake like that and argued with me instead of working to fix it asap. They took weeks to fix the gas leak which put our family at risk of health issues. Apparently the house can explode when there is leaking sewage gas due to a missing p trap so we were in even more danger than I originally thought. Once they finally dug out the floor to add the p-trap, they used the wrong grout color so the floor looked terrible and they had to fix it again. They replaced an exterior door with a wall with a window but didnt put any trim up top where the wall got pushed out. When I asked when they would finish the trim in that area they simply said they couldnt find any that matched and left that area with no trim up top at all. They told me it would be an extra charge to finish the trim in that area. The trim should have been included in the price because otherwise its left completely unfinished and looks terrible. They also left holes to the exterior open which I had to beg them to fix because bugs were coming in through the giant holes. Getting them to fix mistakes was like pulling teeth and many of the mistakes never were fixed. If you use this company make sure to sign a contract and take lots of photos throughout! The tile they laid is already cracked and the grout is coming off the tile within less than a year of use, leaving room for mold to grow. Now we have to pay a different company to finish the work they didnt do despite paying them over 40k!! Biggest mistake of my life was hiring **** and Son. They dont care about customer safety or satisfaction and will argue if you complain even if the issue is life threatening like sewage gas leaks. Working with them was one of the most stressful things Ive ever had to go through.
