    At first 2022 my floors looked ok except around the edges of the doors and some other areas, but it was ok. I wasn't going to complain. Then August 2024 the floors got a lot worse and then ****** started ignoring me and trying to delay repairing the issue. ****** did offer to cut the edges but that didn't need to be done, because the issue was in the middle of the floor and the peeling of the top layer had begun. I contacted the manufacturer, and they said do not let him do that. This is waterproof vinyl. I wish I could post pictures. ****** has not responded to any emails or text messages. The distributor was scheduled to come out by ******, which he did, but not sure who they helped. The distributor says, he will file a claim when he gets around to it with the manufacturer. Feeling taken advantage of, ignored and unappreciated as a customer who spent over ******** dollars for this job and a couple of months later over another *****. that was probably not done correctly either and it is a shower. DO NOT USE FLOORING BY DESIGN IN NACOGDOCHES **. my best advice to any other potential customers. EAST TEX ********************** IS THE BEST!
