    I really hate to make this complaint, because the crew was great and did a great job. I had this barn started June 12 2024. Reason for so long to make complaint, is because I had this barn made so I could frame our for horse stable. I have gotten to pointe to get my overhead garage door up and come to find out that is was not framed out properly for an over head door. I called to see what they are going to do to fix the problem, as well as I wanted to get another estimate to complete other side of barn. I called the week if the 16th and secretary, said she would have someone come out the following week. I had to call back 3/26 and ask if anyone is going to come out. She said oh yea I will have someone out Thursday. They came out. Took measurements for other project I was wanting estimates for, as well agreed tgat the frame out was not done correctly. Said would have to get with mgr. I had to again follow up on my own today 4/1. I call and secretary said she would have to get with mgr. I found out the mgrs Name *****, that secretary reluctantly wanted to give me and said she didnt know Stacys last name after have been working there for almost a year. Also asked for owners name and she said she had no idea who owned company. At this pointe Im Kind of tired of having to follow up myself to find a resolution. I am at a stand still Moving animals to new barn, with a door to close off the area. What make it worse is every time I call, secretary, said that they are just really busy right now. And that she within get with mgr.
