    I purchased a $185 gift card for my wife for Christmas. The spa had a fire late in December. They made announcements on instagram(Jan 12,2024) saying that they would be reimbursing gift card holders. We have called, phone disconnected, text (instagram and ********** They are not returning any inquires. There are multiple ******** messages where gift card holders are not being connected. They are just holding on to everyone money.

    One year ago I purchased in advance a massage, manicure, pedicure, and facial for my girlfriend for her birthday. The intent was for her to have a spa day. She attempted to schedule all service for same day a few times but was told she could only schedule a massage for that scheduled day, she attempted several times to schedule the massage and each time they would call the day before and cancel on her. This last time they called and cancelled, I spoke to them and requested a refund. I was told I could not get a refund likening it to buying a ******* gift card. Wrong. I purchased, in advance a service to be performed and was never able to get them to perform. I expect all my money back. I was insistent with the lady on the phone and she told me she didnt have to put up with this and hung up on me. I was never rude to her simply demanding. This is nothing more than thievery
