      I purchased a Mahindra tractor about 15 months ago from J-5 tractor of ********. The first time I used it, with less than 2 hours on it, a tilt cylinder rod broke while doing loader work. The dealer told me it was not covered because of user abuse. I told them that I was not going to pay for repair. After about 2 weeks of negotiations they reluctantly repaired my tractor.I no longer have a warranty on the loader.Tractor is performing well now, but I have been black-balled by *********************** and J-5 Tractor company.With a 7 year warranty, Im afraid that I will not receive timely service should I need warranty work.Service ***** will not follow-up on questions I had.I wanted to exchange tractor for larger one but was told it would cost $1500.00 dollars depreciation , this is not right.
