    Made a reservation to stay Thursday through Sunday (08/01-08/04). No confirmation ever received other than over the phone (so no proof of booking). Very much disliked the wristband system that was never explained until they wouldn't let us on the bus back or into the camp ground. Main complaint is on our 2nd night (Friday), new people showed up at the spot next to us at 12:30am. These people were noisy, loud, absolute trash and stayed awake and played music loudly until 6am. Woke me up, woke my friend up, woke up both of my kids at various times of the night and the content of their conversation was absolutely not child friendly. I understand Landa cannot know people's behavior when they book, however we complained to the office the next day and were told "they would investigate", but nothing was done. We asked for the other campers to be expelled for violating the rules (no loud music, etc) or to give us a refund as we would be leaving and could not go through another night with the inappropriate behavior keeping us up all night long. This RV park was advertised as being "family friendly", but there was nothing "Family friendly" about the content of their conversation (blow jobs, "want to finger me", etc), all within hearing distance of my children. Landa could have given us a refund for the last night we had booked and paid for if they were not going to expel the rule-breaking trashy people, but instead they decided to be capricious and refused to refund our money and offered an additional night on a future stay. I had such a poor time here and was very upset that they did not expel the rule-breakers (which they had every right to do and already had their deposit so they would not have lost any money in doing so) that I have no intention of ever returning. I only want a refund for the night we did not stay (08/03).
