This Company does not stand behind what they do. We had an epoxy floor put in our garage. They stated it would not stain. Within two weeks of them installing the floor my wifes car tires started to stain. And turn yellow. My antique car drilled oil on the floor and left a stain. When I called him he told my I wasnt keeping the floor clean. I had stepped an wet mopped the floor every week trying to get the stains out. I trued several times to call ***** and he would not return my calls. After four months of calling he told me it was my fault the floors have stains. But when he sold the job over $3000.00 he promised me the floor would be stain proof. Now I have hired another company to come in and take his floor up an redo it.

This review is unfortunate and dishonest. ******************** is not telling the complete story. We do stand behind what we say. We have many customers that will attest to that. The one thing we cannot control is how people care for their personal property. If you spill something or have leaks, those things need to be cleaned as soon as possible. If spills are left, staining will occur. This happens with everything. If you have a car that you know continually leaks oil, that should be a problem that you fix before you pay for an expensive floor coating or put something under it to protect your investment. Our warranty does not cover staining due to customer negligence. He says he called us continuously for 4 months, but that is not true. We answer our calls, return missed calls and take care of every customer need.Review fromGuillermo M
