    I purchased a refrigerator and gas range from Lowes who outsourced the delivery to Diakon Logistics. The delivery company contacted me to setup delivery. They never showed up on the first delivery date. The second date they showed up and delivered my appliances. In the process my floor was damaged (large scratch). I contacted them and they seem to be eager to resolve the issue. I submitted pictures and an estimate for the repair. They offered me less than half of what the repair cost and I declined to accept that offer. We have emailed back and forth probably 25 times and they kept asking for more pictures and also said the delivery men said they didnt use a hand cart to deliver but I was there and saw them use it n both appliances. They keep making accuses why they wont settle the case. The last I heard from them was about 3 weeks ago. Now they wont respond to emails. I have contacted ***** to get them involved, but every time I call them they have no answers and cant even tell me if that contacted them. Its been 1 1/2 months since this started and am still no closer to a resolution. Lowes policy wont allow me to return the appliances for a refund.Im asking for help because by myself cant get anywhere with either company. All I want is to get my floor repaired.
