    Stole Money. Paid in full for the ************* Home and Garden Show that they cancelled and never gave us a refund for - we want our money back.

    I own a pop-up boutique and I paid Hill Country Conferences $90.00 on 6/11/24 for a market called "Uptown Gruene Market" that was to occur on 7/13/24. Typically, I would hear from someone 24/48 hours prior to the market with information regarding my spot, set-up/tear-down reminders, etc. however 7/12/24 arrived and I had not heard anything. I emailed and called ******************* (owner of Hill Country Conferences) on 7/12/24 and did not hear back. I heard from word of mouth that the market was cancelled indefinitely. No one from Hill Country Conferences let me know this prior to the market, and ***** has not responded to my emails, phone calls, or text messages ever since I reached out. On 7/14/24 is when I started to contact ******************* again, but this time, to ask for my $90.00 refund. I have been reaching out almost daily/weekly, with no response from *******************. I have also reached out to every contact possible that I could find who was associated with Hill Country Conferences, and did receive some responses back, but that they no longer worked with ******************* or Hill Country Conferences, and that she would be the contact. My $90.00 fee was paid for a market that did not occur. Hill Country Conferences was to provide a market where I could set up my small business to sell my products. I paid this $90.00 with the intention that the market was occurring, and out of respect, should have at least received a notification that it was not occurring. Hill Country Conferences/******************* has not tried to resolve the problem, since I cannot and have not received any sort of response back to emails, text messages, or phone calls. I found a ************* stating that vendors would be receiving refunds. If that is the case, I am owed a refund of $90.00 from ******************* or Hill Country Conferences.
