I've used Semper Fidelis Construction on 2 diffrent occasions, to say I've been pleased is an understatement. From the top down the crew are down to earth, experienced professionals. Service has always been prompt and communication has never been an issue. My family has found a trustworthy reliable company who we will definitely do business with again. Thank you **** for your service.

We hired Semper Fidelis to remodel our dining room, remove carpet and railing from our staircase and make our bathroom handicap accessible. We regret ever meeting *********They at the time were not registered with the ******************* and expected us to pull the permits for the work. When the city inspector came to our home,we found out at that time they were not licensed with the city and the work they were doing to our bathroom and staircase was not up to code. They found mold in our shower and **** damaged the outside walls of our home and made us believe we had foundation issues which we don't have. When they replaced the floor in our dining room they cracked the tile in our kitchen and we thought at the time we would hire them to remodel our kitchen and thought they would replace the kitchen floor anyway so therefore we didn't pursue the issue. In remodeling our dining room there is a gap between the crown molding and the paint was not the same on the ceiling. The stairs were not up to code either as they were not spaced evenly and the railing we chose from a book they provided too was not up to code. **** told us that we chose the railing and therefore he was not at fault. My husband is a disabled Veteran and received a HISA loan from the VA. The VA paid us $3400 which we had to pay back. Now **** is telling us that he wants us to pay him the remaining of the contract and allow him to finish the job.Well after the city stepped in and told us Semper was not licensed we were told by the city the project had to stop. How do we allow and trust Semper Fidelis to come into our home and finish a job when they were not honest with us.They asked us to pull the permits for them when we know that can not be done.We feel they should reimburse us for the loan from the VA plus the cost to have a reputable company remodel our bathroom.
