      Subject: Damaged tire rims during a ****** mile service on our ************** Transit 350HD motor home. On Monday, August 1st, 2022, I took our Winnebago **** into **************** **** Truck Center in *************, ******** for the ****** mile oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. During the tire rotation, one of the tire valve stems broke creating a 6-hour delay to find a new stem and scan the tire into the chassis tire monitoring system. After spending 6 hours of its almost done I finally got to go home. Monday evening, the low tire pressure indicator lit up indicating low pressure in the tire with the repaired stem. After a closer inspection, I noticed the scratch damage to two of the rims. I put air into the tire and took the **** to out local ******************* Tire Center where they repaired the stem at zero charges. The tech there said they installed the washer and O-ring in the wrong order. Two of the rims were damaged during the service and need to be repaired. Please contact me to discuss an action plan.

      I have spoken with *************************. A *********** mobile service Technician will arrive at **********************' s residence on Monday 22nd and remove the two damaged wheels from the motorhome and return them to ***********. *********** will repair the two wheels and return and install the wheels to **********************' s residence. If the wheels cannot be repaired *********** will replace the wheels and no charge to **********************.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I appreciate that Rush has taken the initiative to repair or replace the damaged motorhome rims.  I will follow up if there are any further issues but I am confident that this will be resolved.

      Took truck in for transmission issue on Thursday 07/14/22. Was told it would be looked out by the next Monday. Called Tuesday was told they had to drop transmission asked for estimate of cost they told me ****** to drop transmission. Then 3 days later got a quote for $15,000 and $11,000. Called they were extremely rude on the phone, had to go in to ask why parts were doubled billed, labor fees excessive then told to bill was already at ****, not the 900 that was estimated. Proceed with work to get done was told truck would be readyby 07/29/22. Got a call 07/27/22 they had to push it out a day, called 08/01 was told another day. Had nothing but issues, price quoted wrong. Want my truck finished,

      Truck was dropped off on 07/14/2022 with complaint of the transmission was grinding internally when shifting through the gears. Customer was informed the transmission would have to be removed to inspect the internals of the transmission and the cost to remove the transmission to diagnose and inspect the inside of the transmission would be $900.00. Removal began on 07/19/2022 with the first available qualified transmission Technician. Removal and inspection of the transmission found the transmission was nearly empty of oil.Sever damage was found to the internal working parts of the transmission. It was deemed to be more cost efficient to replace the transmission with a remanufactured transmission than to replace all the damaged parts needed to repair the transmission. On 07/21/2022 the customer was provided the original estimate of $6,045.00 labor and $8,192.04 for parts before shop supplies and tax. The double billed for parts the customer referred to is the price of the transmission and flywheel plus the core charges for the transmission and flywheel. On 07/22/2022 after discussion with the customer Rush applied a $775.00 discount to labor, customer was provided a second estimate of $5,270.00 labor and $8,192.04 for parts before shop supplies and tax. On 07/22/2022 the repair estimate was approved and parts for the repair were ordered. Part began arriving on 07/26/2022 through 07/29/2022. Due to the workload of transmission repairs that arrived prior to 07/14/2022 and parts arriving for those transmissions that had to also be completed, work could not resume on the customers truck until 08/02/2022 and was completed on 08/03/2022. The credit for the transmission core is reflected on the paid invoice dated 08/03/2022.The flywheel did not meet core reuse guidelines and a core credit did not apply.
