Called them in a complete panic, in the middle of the night, and they had workers at my house within the hour! Over the next few days all the interactions with the employees in person, working in my home and via email and phone, were very pleasant. They really went above and beyond to help me feel at ease not only with my home being in disarray but helped me with the process of all the "paperwork" and outlined the steps clearly. I liked that they also put my house back together, so I didn't have to find another company to come in, as they already knew what needed to be done and I was familiar with them. My house looks as if nothing ever happened. God willing I never need their services again but if I did, they would be my first call. I would highly recommend them!!!!USA Restoration Pros

I was referred to *** restoration by my aunt who had an amazing experience. When I got back from a weekend vacation, my water heater had been leaking all weekend! The technicians showed up exactly 30 min after I called them. They made sure I was aware of every step throughout the project and put my house back together better than it was before!USA Restoration Pros

He appears to show no concern for your well-being or the condition of your property. This lack of empathy is further highlighted by the fact that you have lost over $1,000 of your own money dealing with this company. I have evidence in the form of text messages, emails, and pictures to support my claims. These materials provide a clear depiction of the state in which your home was left after ****** dispatched a handyman to initiate the restoration process. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and integrity in a service provider. The situation you find yourself in is undoubtedly frustrating and unfair. As a locally owned family business our customers 100% satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at USA Restoration Pros. Once we were made aware your insurance company wasnt going to cover the total claim we were more then happy to credit/discount the final billing so there was nothing out of pocket to you other then the deductible. Pertaining to my teams performance I am sorry this did not meet your expectations. I know in these types of situations when there is damage to anyones home it is a stressful situation and we do our best to make this disturbance as seamless and smooth as possible getting our clients home back to pre loss condition.
