    Oct 2023 ******* started cleaning my pool, he started with a drain and clean ($864) and then said he needed to rebuild the manifold with a new 3 way valve, and fix the return line ($987). The pool was only clear for a few days, after the first rain it was green and every time it rained it was green again, On June 4th 2024, I informed ******* that he has been double charging me in two different credit cards, almost $1200. I gave him all the dates and what was charged, he offered to drain and clean my pool again for the fees he had double charged, I said no. He then offered store credit, I told him no I want the money back he has double charged. On June 20th, I sent him screen shots of all the charges because hw=e was telling me that he could not find any details. Also asked him about $2.84 plan fee that I am also getting charged every month, and he said he had no idea what that was. I told him I wanted it stopped. He said he would send a check in the mail.On June 28th, ******* came to the house and tried to tell me that now the filter line needs rebuilt and I got upset that all he wants to do is keep fixing "broken" things, yet I have not been able to use my pool all summer because it has been green. I said a cuss word and he said he was done and walked out, stopped cleaning my pool. I told him I wanted my money back that he double charged and that he should give it all back because the pool has never been right since he started.July 8th, still no check so I told him I was taking further action

    Unfortunately, there isn't a one size fits all answer to cleaning green pools. Every pool is different and may require several chemical treatments, equipment repairs and even draining. Our professional opinion was that chemical treatments were not enough to clear the pool and further repairs to the equipment were needed in order to clean it. We can understand why it would be frustrating to find that out after a drain to clean service has been completed, but there isn't a way to diagnose certain equipment issues without first clearing a pool of algae.     I am rejecting this response because: this still does not address the double charges that he charged me and said he would return the money which he has not
