    On May 11, 2023 I paid SunBlockerShades $5796, as a down payment for 4 motorized outdoor shades. The total invoice was for $9661.43, and I put down 60%. The order was supposedly placed. I was told it was a 7 week wait for the shades. Shades are to come from a company in ******* named Progressive Shades. It is a legitimate company and the person was a vendor. I have left mulitple messages and texts and have only heard back once. And they said it was going into production that week. That was in July. Since then this person is ghosting me and there is no response to my inquiries.

    The of the original contract for SunblockerShades Home and Patio Shades was made on February 14, 2023. The contract was for two motorized and one manual shade. The total for all three was $8187.00. I paid him $8187.00. The two motorized shades were installed after many calls for delivery on May 23, 2023. The original delivery and installation was for first part of May. However, at that time, ***************************** owner of the company said he needed to reorder the side manual shade and he would be able to install it the next week. It was $870.00 of total order. I still do not have the side shade. In July I finally was able to get a quote from him for a motorized side shade instead of the manual shade. The order total was for $2705. I paid $1623.00 via bank transfer. I still do not have the side shade and cannot get any response from him. At this point, I either want the shade delivered and installed asap or refund the $870.00 and $1623.00.

    On April 10, 2023 I entered into an agreement to have screens installed on my patio. I signed an agreement and gave ***************************** the owner a check for $6378.60. He promised an install date of June 9, 2023. He has made several promises about calling me or coming to my house to talk to me. He has not done any of these. He has not responded to a call or text message sinceJuly 14, 2023. I have reason to think that he does not plan to finish the job or to return my money. I will accept completion of the job or a refund of my money.

    As of Today (Oct. 9, 2023) I have not heard anything from ***********  I have filed a police report with the ****** Police Dept.  They are asking for an arrest warrant at this time.  It is my understanding that there is also an arrest warrant out for his arrest from the ********** Police Dept.

    *****************************, owner of Sunblocker Shades, took my 60% payment to order my pergola sun shade and has gone **** There are many other customers he's scammed by taking first payment for the sun shade orders, then failing to ever deliver/install the product.He's a scam artist that is stealing from prospective customers.
