    On Friday, July 6th, I reached out to Mr. *********************** to address an issue I was experiencing. He assured me that he would come by on the 8th. However, despite my repeated calls and texts throughout the week, he did not show up until July 12th. My family spend three nights without air conditioning because I was worried about the potential damage using the unit might cause to my home. This delay was incredibly frustrating, as I had to constantly follow up with him to get any response. At one point, I even sent him a text asking if he preferred not to take the job so that I could find another business to handle it. He reassured me that this was not the case and that he would address the problem.When he finally arrived on the 12th, he claimed he couldn't diagnose the issue. He asserted that the condensation line was not the problem and suggested that the water must be coming from another source. I disagreed with him, believing the condensation line was indeed the cause of the leak. After some back-and-forth, he left, advising me to monitor the situation.The following day, on July 13th, water began leaking through my ceiling again. I immediately contacted Mr. *********************** who assured me he would come by on the 15th to resolve the issue. However, when I attempted to call him to confirm his visit, my calls went straight to voicemail. This lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating.Despite paying him for his visit, my problem remains unresolved, and Mr. ********************** has not returned my calls. His lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Now, I am dealing with extensive damage to my ceiling, and for the past two weeks, he has strung me along instead of being honest about his intentions or capabilities. If he had been straightforward from the beginning, I could have hired another professional and prevented further damage to my home. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress and additional repair costs.

  • Hello , regarding the complaint of *****************************. First of all sent me wrong address , didnt answer , so off to our next call . Told him extremely busy had to wait . He calls me telling me he called other companies but would not go cause of void warranty , but equipment has manufacturers warranty. I gave them one year labor warranty and was installed 31/2 years ago . He hasnt done no maintenance on it , the drains were stopped . Went and checked cut pvc check blew out . Then he called again to say he got someone to go fix .
  • When I spoke to him he was fine , I think his wife is the one that was not content . Told him have to wait but I can only do what I can .
  • He sent me to an address on French street then he don't answer his calls , tell he remembers
  • Till he remembered, I told them they had to wait , had people ahead
  • I've always have great customer service, so this really upsets me when he said he wants me right now. I really have great customers that always very appreciative of me.
