    For those who can conduct themselves in a transaction dealing in general with others tend to get a lot more for a lot less. repairs tend not to have issues communicating. People are not just arrogant to be arrogant. If you take your business to a professional the assessment and determination by an individual can surely be questioned or even a second opinion. The overall technique and strategies in today's repairs are more scientific over mechanical. Give the guy a break for the fact that he got you in and back on the road. For someone who does not understand quite the process and procedure in today's repairs could view an invoice with some confusion and questions. Repairs are costly indeed, I have not met anyone who wants to or enjoy paying such a bill. As a long time customer I've seen this guy do a lot of things to go out of his way to ensure quality and to stand behind his work. With this said one thing always happens here, my equipment may cost me some money but it back out making money on a turn around. Any problems mechanically or defective parts and workmanship have never been questioned and dealt with without question or hesitation from his end. You should listen to your mechanic he probably knows a thing or two. If you felt that you were disrespected or insulted I would have to ask, what did you say to get that response? This is a great shop, great work, and would recommend the sevices. *********************** owner: ***** ********** and Control.

    The guy is a crock. He is disrespectful and does not do good work. He did three thousand job involving several repairs and screwed them ALL up. Also charged me for some stuff he didn't do at all, like clean truck. When I told him that he said it's not his job. Well, the point is it's on the bill and what about the other things you didn't do.
