- It is not common to give refunds or exchanges as we try and get the project done with the vision, agreement and approval of our clients. Nevertheless, there have been occasions where, in no fault of ours or the clients, we were not able to leave a 100% satisfied customer. It is our practice to go over the discrepancy, offer solutions and if those have been exhausted we offer refunds/exchanges; we judge each occasion one separately and offer what is right for "OUR CLIENT", not the company.
