My brother had work done on his truck 10/8/24. They called him and said his truck was ready, but he needed new tires. He had them on speaker phone and I could hear the conversation. He asked them if they had the same tires he had on his truck, they said yes and quoted him $708.00. I brought him to pick up his truck. He pointed at a sign in the store with General Grabber tires and said that's what I have on truck and that's what you will be putting on truck and they said yes. Dropped truck off at 12:30 pm on 10/9/24. When he went in to pick up truck, they were not the correct tires General Grabber. They were Westside tires and he had never heard of them. He told them they were not the correct tires and they said that yes, that's what they had quoted him. Again, I heard what was said on phone and it was for the General Grabbers. They told him he could leave truck and they would get the Generals tomorrow, but would cost about $156.00 more. He told them no, they should change the tires at what they had quoted him. Their answer was no. He has never heard of Westside tires, does not know if they are good. He told them they were not a reputable shop and he would let everyone know how they were not caring on how he was treated as a customer in no uncertain words . They said that was not very nice. He said I am not nice? Look how you are treating me. Others should know how you treat customers. Will not recommend them to anyone. Let's see how long this review stays up.
