Hired to move and set and level 14 x ************************************************* site. House could not be unloaded properly because site was never inspected, nor was house inspected prior to move. House was set on cracked bricks, broken bricks, wood 4 x 4s when bricks that were hauled with were used, and some shims etc. Supports were spaced more than 10ft apart. House was leaning by day 3. I have pics. I couldn't inspect as it was dark by the time they were done. They were here from 4pm to 9pm because they were ill prepared because no inspections were done even tho I had two different appts for said inspections, so some of the setting n leveling was done by truck lights. Owner was sent pics. He agreed it was not right. He refused any recompense for the xtra 2500$$ I had to pay to have house set n leveled properly. He offered to have the same crew come out for free if I'd buy the extra bricks necessary. My question: why would I be comfortable having those same people come to reset the house?? They were tired, i get it, but were ill prepared information or material wise. So therefore I feel they did what they did and got the heck outta Dodge hoping I'd not figure it out. But in 3 days the house was leaning...I'm a single 65 year old retired lady. I didn't need or deserve to be screwed around like that...I do have pics and texts from the business. Company's response is untrue in all points. I have proof in texts between myself and the company secretary. And phone call records that show when and how long I talked to her on the phone. However, I cannot prove what was said on those phone calls. The only way I can prove that is if the secretary decides to be honest. I need to submit more than 5 files. Please tell me how to proceed.

      Thanks, ***** ********
