- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Return requests for goods must be made within 72 hours of delivery. In the event that a return is authorized, items must be unused and returned in original packaging. BUYER will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs plus a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. For any cancellation of Order for custom constructed goods, BUYER shall owe the greater of: a minimum cancellation fee of 35% of the agreed price for the cancelled goods or the equivalent % of the completed construction at the time of cancellation based on fair market value established by the COMPANY. Orders for graphics services or related service that are custom to the Order are 100% final once started in production process and nonrefundable. Please do not return anything without including an RMA number obtained and provided by COMPANY.
