    This place is a joke! i paid to have some work done on a vehicle that was recommended from the mechanics here. I specifically requested better parts instead of the cheapest option and verified 3 times with them that they would be installed. I made sure that i informed them i didn't care what the price would be for the better parts and that i would pay whatever it cost. Within 1000 miles i had to replace the parts they installed after it broke while i was driving down the highway putting others as well as myself in danger. The wreck caused damage to my truck including body work electrical and other suspension issues. After an expensive wrecker bill and another bill for all the parts to be replaced for the second time im sitting at almost 2000$ with this whole ordeal and still have a truck with issues that were not present before i took my vehicle here to have work done. i have contacted the clerk that was handling my work request recently and she stated that she remembers me coming in and that i DID request good parts to be installed as a sanity check. After this i contacted the owner and talked with the manager many times now and they keep giving me the run around day after day. I'm to the point now where i don't know what else to do and cannot stand to be taken advantage of like this. I hope this information will prevent others from having to go through the same thing I'm going through or possibly get seriously injured.
