    We paid a month in advance to stay on the property but after being informed that the water would be shut off for four days because of the freeze and due to out of date pluming. We moved to a different RV park so we only stayed a week of the month we paid for.

    The business owner indicated to BBB via phone that the consumer was informed that the rates were $225 per week or $500 for a month and there were no refunds. The consumer opted for the month and was able to stay for 10 or 12 days. Unfortunately, the area experienced a severe weather event that did cause issues with the plumbing. The consumer demanded a full refund and the business had to end the call due to the behavior of the consumer. They are standing by their policy of no refunds as the weather was out of their control and the consumer was able to use the majority of the rental period.

    I am rejecting this response because: we did not demand a full refund. A refund was requested for days not stayed! And the property is not up to date because other RV lots in the same area accepted us moving in. No documentation was signed or accepted by tenants stating no refunds.
