    We dropped off an expensive pair of snake skin boots to get resoled. We were told to come back in about 30 days. The business is never open. Always had sign on door to come back. We called the number and it was disconnected. We contacted the leasing office of the center and they have no forwarding information. I dont care if they werent finished. We just want the boots back!! The shop is now empty. There was never a phone number on door to call that actually worked that you could speak with anyone to ask about your stuff! I mean did he sell the stuff or throw it away?? They had our contact information and we never got a call they were closing to come get our boots! We arent the only customer they did this too!

    I left my shoes with ************************* before we ever heard of a pandemic. He gave me 2 weeks until they would be fixed. Since it is a 16-mile trip to the shop, I gave him an extra week because he never had my shoes repaired in the time frame given to me on previous repairs. I want my medical custom-built orthopedic shoes back. I could only afford 2 pairs since they were $500 each and he has my every day pair.I have been to his business over 70 trips. 1.His business has either been closed with no sign of why.2.He had a sign that he was ill.3.He had a sign he was attending funerals.4.He indicated to send an e-mail with my name, contact information, and ticket number on how to get our merchandise back. I got a text stating that he was going to call customers from alphabet A to come get their repairs. He never called me. 10 more trips to a closed store with numerous texts to him that went unanswered. 6-19-2021 He told me that you would pull the ticket and text me to set an appointment to get my shoes. 7-6-2021 He told me he would be gone for a funeral and would resume pick-up scheduling over the weekend. I never ever heard from him!!!5.I talked to him in person several times and he promised to get my shoes back from a storage unit since he saw them there pulling other peoples repairs. He promised to go over a weekend to get my shoes from the LAST 3 totes with customer shoes from storage. I was told this several times and when I returned the next week, he always had an excuse why he did not go to the storage unit.6.I went back to his business location being closed and gutted by the landlord. The real estate company saw me staring incredulously at the empty building. An agent was kind enough to give me his personal information.His dad would be livid with how he have handled the business and his long term customers. I am very unhappy with all the promises made to me. I have sent over 50 texts and emails along wiht all the trips to the store!

    On or about November 2021, a pair of Maison Margiela platform wedge strappy sandals were given to Cobbler's Corner *********** Repair located at ***********************************************************************. A tap on the heel to deter wear is all that is needed. I haven't been able to get them back as the shop is ALWAYS closed & the owner doesn't answer or return calls & has stopped communicating. I visited there today, Friday, October 14th & other customers were there wondering how to get their items back. We were told that the owner was there during the morning, put up the new "closed, closed, closed" sign & picked up the mail. I will take my shoes back unrepaired if I can get them as they have sentimental value and cannot be replaced. My shoes were nubuck leather in black.
