On June 4, 2022 I signed a contract not knowing I was not going to get nothing but excuses from this business. I payed in full amount cash ($1200) in person, just because I did not know this lady Azul, personally and I wanted to make sure print a receipt for me. Azul asked me to ***** her but I did not want to give through ***** because of all the scams they do through banks. She couldn’t make copies of the receipt, so I took a picture for evidence that I fully payed. A&A Training CDL Services was supposed to provide me with 8Hrs of truck training and Use of truck 2 times for testing. She only sent me material to study with for Pre trip inspection and said she would call me to check up on me. No call or text was received from her. I texted once I was ready to start training my driving, but came up with excuses such as never gave me the date or location of where I would be training, until I basically text and call her for many updates of when I would start. She made up excuses such as going to Las Vegas, having surgery, her husband was injured that she had no money and couldn’t afford anything. Then she made up the excuse to pay up more because she said something about the law changed for schools. Which I took my written exams before the law had passed, made no sense if she hasn’t even complied with contract yet and she wants more money? Not even a single hour. She also gave me material that she said she’s not supposed to give to any student, which I think is a lie. I would try to understand her and work on her schedule, but nothing but avoidance and excuses. The day she had surgery she said she couldn’t text because she was hurt to talk and that her husband will be the one answering. Someone else had called her from a different number and she answered like nothing. Her REAL business address is *** ********* *** Pasadena, Tx ***** ste ***. Azul claimed that i trained with her co worker for 4 hours but i trained only 2 hours that she did not pay her.
