    - placed order on 10/22
    - Tracking showed it shipped on 11/3
    - package has not been received as of today and ***** has confirmed. The package is lost.-
    -I had to file my own claim because the shipper is not taking any responsibility for the package once it’s left their facility-
    On 11/21 ***** says they refunded outlet leather the $227
    - no outlawed leather is not responding or answering their phone and they are confusing this order with a previous order I made, and they are not being helpful with rectifying the situation

    The Hood was lost so we had to wait to received the money from ***** to give her the money back or send a new item. The COmplain was resolved on November 23rd and the hood was sent on November 28.

    I ordered a welding hood and autoshade lense from Outlaw Leather on September 17, 2022 for $235, the hood was $185 and the lense was $50. The hood was delivered with zero issue, but they did not send the lense.

    Whenever I contacted them they told me to take it up with *****. They packaged it in house and the box was in perfect condition when I got it, had not been tampered with. They refuse to admit that they forgot to pack it and blamed *****.

    Every Package that is send out has a picture taken right before it leaves. This is the picture of the package of Mr. ***** *********. Clearly it shows that the lens is inside the box. We recommended to him to contact ***** because sometimes the Boxes get open in transit. We cannot replace something that was clearly send out with the package
