    I went to this business on 04/27 for a wax. While I was checking out, I was asked if I wanted to join their membership. I asked the cost and was told it was free to sign up. I left for a week on a cruise and came back to an email with the terms and conditions, and then an another email showing I would be charged $55. I immediately called to get the membership canceled as I did not agree to a $55 charge. I was directed to a messaging system but never received a call back. I then reached out 2 more times trying to get it canceled and finally 2 days later I get a call. I was told the charge was for a Brazilian wax membership, which i did not sign up for. I then had to fill out a cancellation form and email it in to a manager. In the email, I asked about a refund and my questions went unanswered for 5 days until I reached back out. I still do not have an answer and feel like i was tricked into a membership that I then had to submit cancellation for and still cannot get an answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not because the service I received but for the shadiness of how they get people signed up and no way to easily cancel.

    To who it may concern;

    I have attach evidence of emails exchange and the refund she received.  ********************* also received discounts for her service and products purchase for signing up for the brazilian membership. My employee even asked her if she was ok with the draft date and if she was ok with us using the card on file for her recurring monthly daft. I have video footage of this interaction if you would like to take a look at it, I'm happy to provide that for you. When ********************* reached out to me in regards to this matter, I tried several times to get a hold of her via phone calls and was not successful. ********************* decided to threaten me with reporting me to BBB after I had already processed her refund, which is not ok when I had tried several times to fix this matter. No business is perfect but I run my business with integrity, honesty and respect. As a small business I value and care for every customer that steps foot in my studio.
