  This travel agency is a fraud. They will represent themselves as an airline (in my case Southwest). They are not. They operate as a travel agency. As a booking arm of the travel industry they give "service" a bad name. They overcharge and under deliver. Don't fall for the scam. Call the airline directly and reaffirm that they are the airline you seek information or service from. This will take great care from you as Air Ticket Services LLC will say they are whoever you are trying to reach. Get the airline's toll free number off of the web and use it! They will not charge you to book a flight whereas Air Ticket Services LLC most certainly will. I've given them one star out of 5 because I had to. Fore warned is fore armed. Beware!

  Needed to talk to ************************** regarding an unconfirmed flight from ***** in August 2024. A Lufthansa contact number from the internet directed me to this site. The representative purported to be a United Airlines reservation agent and told me I needed to pay an additional, approximately, $500 per ticket to have the flight confirmed. I made the mistake of paying, only to find out later I was not talking with a United Representative but to a company called Air Ticket Services. They had scammed me out of $1000 dollars. Of course I have now closed down my credit card that was used for the purchase

  Dangerous. Should be shut down. Seriously.Arriving at the airport this morning, after multiple hiccups, it became inevitable I was going to miss my flight. Admittedly, I panicked. I am flying across the country to my father who is hospitalized with broken vertebrae. (I would never willingly choose air travel over the holidays. This is an emergency.) I call the first number attached to American Airlines, and landed with these jackholes. Now, I am contacting with all of my faculties. I am already terrified and panicked about my father, and now the flight. If I had ANY presence of mind, I would have hung up. At this point I am being crushed through security and cannot be on the phone. Unfortunately, I had already given this guy my CC number. (Yes, I know. But please understand the level of panic at 5:45am.) Once through security he calls me back from a number in **********, **. Now I am also concerned about my CC... I approach the desk at American Airlines and speak with an agent. I explain the situation, and she cleans it right up. In the meantime, I received 9 calls from the aforementioned jackhole. The agent at American could see his activity. They are a 3rd-party booking agency for American Airlines. He calls AGAIN! I answer, telling him that it was all sorted. That an agent here, in person, handled it. He begins to yell at me, "NO! I DID THIS! I MADE CHANGE!" No, the agent did and I have my boarding passes. I said I would keep him on the line while I speak to the agent. He replies, "You better do that." I told him this was unnecessary and I have had enough of this morning and he is not charging my card. Here's where he loses it. "You are a mean, mean, mean woman! Foolish woman! STUPID woman." *Hangs up. I return to the agent, in more of a panic. She checks my reservations and he CANCELLED ALL OF MY FLIGHTS. Connections and my MY RETURNING FLIGHTS. The agents in the airport are livid, I'm in tears, I locked my CC, it's on American's radar. STAY AWAY!!!!

  BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!!!I had the same experience as the last review from *******. She reviewed it very well ... this is such a scam company. Somehow, when making a reservation on Southwest website, which was down at the time, I was directed to a number that turned out to be this Air Ticket Services LLC. They led me to believe they were an agency for the airline, due to the website being down. I spoke to "****", who made the reservation for me, assured me all was good and charged my credit card. Sent me emails that looked legit. But the day before my flight, I tried to call them on various #'s they had given me. Most were bogus, but I finally got in touch and spoke to ******, who says he is the manager. He tells me the flight has been cancelled and now he has to book me again for additional charge. I let him book again, because I was desperate to get to this wedding I was heading to. I then (almost immediately) found out, they charged me, and then CANCELLED my ticket. They even had sent me a bogus boarding pass. Thankfully, Southwest was able to book me at the last minute on the flight for twice what I would have paid originally, all because of this scam from Air Ticket Services. Be very careful if you ever get rerouted to this company ... they are a SCAM!!!!!!!! I will get the credit card company to take care of the charges, but they caused me to spend much more on my flight and almost made me miss a very important event by scamming me and leaving me with NO FLIGHT. I'm just glad my "gut" told me to check back with Southwest and I'm glad I could afford the extra cost to finally get a real ticket! BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I wish I could give them NO STARS. They deserve their D+ rating .. should be F+

  Air Ticket Services is representing themselves as ****** Airlines. Actually, I called the number directly from ****** website. But, appears they somehow have their lines tied. I had been speaking with ****** on multiple occasion due to a situation that happened. After calling the number *quote on quote ******* I repeated my situation and attempted to get the voucher applied to my new trip. I thought she was spirit because she was able to pull up all of my information. But, come to find out it was because I did provide my booking confirmation. So, she wasn't able to apply my voucher and said she can book my flight without the change fee and add my paid luggage to the new booking. I went through with the booking, even without the voucher being applied I was originally calling for. I paid the difference for the new tickets. It was only after my card was charged by airline ticket services that I realized it wasn't ******. I immediately tried to call the number back and could never get an answer. I found a new number which was actually ****** , who confirmed Air Ticket Service was not them and found out my voucher could be redeemed on my new flights. Now, I found out they aren't who they claimed to be and charge me more for a ticket then ****** would have. I finally got Air Ticket to answer the phone the next day and explained to them I found out they are not ****** and my voucher could be applied and asked for a refund. The *************** said he can only provide a credit. I told him I was not satisfied with that, as not only was a eticket/ flight never given to me but you lied and misrepresented yourself as ******, the company I was actually attempting to call. I am seeking a FULL reimbursement for the $216.95 I was tricked in to spending. Not only am I upset about the lost of money, this type of scam also allowed them to get all of my personal information. This is unacceptable and this company should not be allowed to misrepresent themselves as another airline directly.
