  We recently completed renovations on two of our bathrooms with Five Star Bath Solutions. The first project, carried out last year in 2023, involved converting a bathtub into a standing shower to accommodate my elderly mother. The second project was a recent upgrade to our master bathroom earlier this year. Throughout both renovations, the entire process was remarkably smooth.The team at Five Star Bath Solutions provided us with a comprehensive overview of the materials and even presented visual 3D models, allowing us to envision the final outcome before committing to the project. Work commenced according to the agreed-upon schedule, and the workers were consistently courteous and professional from the initial preparation stages through to completion. Their respectful and friendly demeanor made the renovation experience pleasant.To date, we have encountered no issues with our first bathroom, and we are optimistic that the same level of quality and satisfaction will apply to the second one. Our experience with Five Star Bath Solutions has left us thoroughly impressed, and we wholeheartedly recommend their services to our friends and neighbors.

  We got our bathtub removed and replaced with a beautiful shower and the experience was great from beginning to end!Everyone was super helpful and available, but we were most impressed with our installer *****, he was super organized and clean and the end result was perfect.We're thinking about doing a second bathroom with them, now that we know how fast and great the results are.

  I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone who wished to avoid costly, but ineffective, repairs; high-pressure salesmen; inferior materials and workmanship; messy clean **** and employees who are not as customer-oriented as most of us would like. Five Star Bath Solutions went above and beyond to ensure that all the issues I had were satisfactorily addressed and that I was happy with the work they did while they were doing it. The final result was the restoration of running water (I had been almost thirty days without water), a clean house, and a beautiful tub to shower replacement. It s worth noting that I m 75 years old, so I asked ******, the Five Star Bath Solutions designer/advisor, what features I should consider for the future. He told me the shower base was non-slip with a low entry threshold and the shower included a Delta Two-in-One Shower with a detachable hand shower (which can be used separately or simultaneously with the shower head). He also suggested that I add grab bars and two water-shedding shelves for a minimal cost. ***** and ***** from Five Star Bath Solutions came out the very next morning and spent hours removing slab concrete and hand sawing copper pipes in a cramped area. ***** discovered several leaks in both the hot and cold water pipes. Not only did he refuse to give up until he fixed the leaks and restored my water, he explained everything, and left a shark bite on the outside valve so that I could check for future slab leaks and shut my own water on and off at the main. He then meticulously removed all traces of his labor, leaving me with a clean house, running water, and a profound appreciation for Five Star Plumbing, *****, *****, ****** and all those who have to live without running water. The following day the shower installation team arrived and installed an elegant shower. They were very pleasant, put up with my intrusive dogs, and did superb work. I am so delighted with the results .

There was no way in good conscience that we could have left you without running water after you had spent more than 2 weeks including Thanksgiving without any!
