      10/28/2024 was the day that I and my better half who is a disabled veteran walked into Mattress Clearance Centers and ***** ****** said that I would only have to pay $50 per month to buy a mattress that could change my life. I told him that i had a pacemaker and needed something comfortable so it doesn't hurt my chest and back. He said that i could take out a loan and pay only $50 a month with the OPTION to pay it off sooner if I wanted to. I took out a loan on his word that this is what it would be but the ***** company who I took the loan out with charged me $248.96 without the option of paying the $50 and it would be every 2 weeks not once a month so $497.92 a month. I called Mr. ****** and explained to him that he miss lead me and I couldn't afford to pay this so I wanted him to take the mattress back that I only had for 5 days because he had miss lead me and it was to much. Had I known the payments would be this high I would not have taken out the loan. Be he smooth talked everything saying it's a great investment for such a small cost, that he has never had a complaint he is the only store in ***** with over 1550 5 star reviews. After I called him to come get the mattress he told me that I was not welcomed back in his store and I have the text messages to prove this. Please all I want is to return the mattress he can keep the deposit and the finance company can keep the first payment. That's it nothing more and for him to stop misleading people to take out them loans. He got me on a lie and I didn't deserve that I don't think that no one should be put in financial jeopardy because someone has lied to them to make a profit thank you for your time and have a blessed and prosperous day.

      On 6/23/21 I made a purchase at Mattress Clearance Center with employee ***** (email ********************** There was some level of unprofessionalism with his attempt at flirting while I initially called to inquire about their deals, sales, etc (ex. "oh you sound cute"). Nonetheless, I visited the store. Made a transaction of paying fully $935.86, which included the following: Queen size ************** Edition Pillow Top Firm (******), ******************* (******), SC **************************** Protector Queen (*****), Delivery (*****) which ***** additionally stated that I have a warranty for 7 years in store (non-manufacturer) as he voiced if for any reason there was an issue to call and their team will pick up and deliver a new one. This was contingent on my purchase of the mattress protector (above, $68) and using it. He was specific that I must keep the protector on and within 7 years if anything goes wrong, they would exchange it for a brand new mattress of the same or comparable. I had initiated a request for a swap out of the mattress on 12/28/23. I advocated that I was informed that the $68 protector was my warranty for 7 years. The rep/mngr *** stated he was not 100% why that was pitched to me. I didn't know either but that's what was expressed to me. He asked for photos of the mattress set, which I sent him. I DO NOT WISH to connect with any subsidiary company or manufacturer to get a replacement mattress on behalf of Mattress Clearance Center, such actions are incumbent on the seller (Mattress Clearance Center). Currently, I have experienced such severe back pain daily and I need a resolution as I fear that my back condition will worsen, and I'll need chiropractic service to alleviate the pain. The mattress is unfunctional at this point.
