      I used this car wash in November 2022. I paid approximately $10 for what I was verbally told would be unlimited washes for that vehicle for what I think was about 30 days. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the wash and never returned. Today I realized they have been charging my credit card $35/month since that day. I have NOT used the wash since last November. I called them and they refuse to refund any money. I honestly do not remember if I signed any contract or not, but I do know that all I was told verbally was that I was signing up for unlimited washes for that particular vehicle for a specified time, which I believe to be 30 days. I feel that I was intentionally misled by this deceptive practice, and am trying to get a full refund of monthly charges.

      They signed me up for a monthly plan without asking me. I can't get them to cancel it or refund me. I have called and gone by there. They refuse to refund me. They tell me they cancelled it but I am still getting charged.

      I was fraudulently added to a subscription plan. I was changed $35 per month. I did not use this service. I was charged and was never signed up for membership. When reaching out multiple times the customer service agent, *****, is refusing to refund me. She has acknowledged it is indeed fraudulent but she will not refund any amounts. She keeps directly be to their Return Policy and will not transfer to a manager. After researching google reviews, I see multiple people were fraudulently changed as well. They have added multiple people to membership without consent. I am looking for refund for all the charges that this company did since September 2022.

      In April 2022 a single wash was purchased in ********** at Zips, over an hour away from my house. Checking my bank this morning and noticed a $30 charge to my account from them, Upon further investigating, they have been charging my card since April for a monthly membership I did not sign up for. The phone number does not work, but I spoke with customer service from another number and they are looking into it. Upon seeing reviews for this location, this is happening to several other people and their reviews note that they are not getting their money back. This is fraud and stealing. This business owes me over $200. I have sent an email to the manager and have not heard back. I hope that this can be resolved and appreciate any help that BBB is able to assist with for myself and others with this same issue for the same location.

      On 9/25 my son used the Zips Car Wash on ***************** to wash his car. After the was and still at the facility, he begins to hand dry the vehicle. While drying he immediately noticed deep scratches through out the top of the car. He immediately found and spoke to the manager who confirmed the damage from the wash and was instructed to file a complaint through their Corp office, in which he did along with several photos showing the damage. The response from the office was they do not handle claims( after being directed to them by the manager on duty.) Prior to the wash, the cars exterior was in impeccable shape in which can be verified. Since the initial contact with the corp office, he has been "ghosted" after several repeated attempts. This company/location is notorious for fraudulently charges for monthly subscriptions as well as not allowing easy withdrawal from the subscriptions. We would like the damages to the car to be immediately fixed.

      On September 8th I visited Zips car wash. After exiting the car wash and proceeding to vacuum my car. I noticed scratches down the passenger side of my truck. I went to the attendant to file a complaint. The attendant told me the scratches seem to be consistent with Damage Done by a car wash. He took pictures filed a report. After three and a half weeks I received an email. Said that my claim had been denied on September 9th. They said the claim was denied due to the fact that it was not consistent with Damage Done by a car wash. They have cameras at the beginning and the end of the car wash. These cameras would have definitely been able to show if there was Prior damage before the car wash and at exit. I believe they took three and a half weeks to respond because they wanted to lose the camera footage. I have various emails I sent to them waiting on response. If they had made their decision on the 9th why would they wait so long to contact me and tell me that it was denied. Thank you for any assistance David B******

      I was fraudulently charged for a monthly membership after purchasing a basic car wash. Zips hit my credit card 7 times for $210. This business obviously has a pattern of doing this as the same complaint is all over the internet. I called them and they acknowledged the membership had never been used but refused to refund the charges I never signed for, authorized or was even made aware of. Totally unethical way of running a business.
